[ FOR CAPABLE-BUT-OVERWHELMED OPERATORS ]

AI doesn't fix
broken systems.

It scales them faster. I write about the work that comes before the tool.

↓ Khalil Cadi — Marketer for 8 years before the gap closed. Now I build with AI.

[ NOW ]

[ WRITING ]

On X, daily. AI systems for solo operators who want clarity, not more tools.

[ BUILDING ]

SYSTEMA — a practice for marketers and founders who want to use AI without drowning in it.

[ EXPLORING ]

Open to short conversations on AI, automation, and systems-first thinking. See [ TALK ] below.

[ THINGS I'VE BUILT ]

Not a portfolio. A mix of paid work and things I built because I wanted to see if I could. Both taught me what works.

  1. Prospector 2026

A multi-agent LinkedIn prospecting pipeline. The day I shipped it, I learned the writing was never the bug — the data upstream was.

  2. KobusApp 2017–2022

First real marketing job. Took a B2B SaaS for physiotherapists off paid-ads dependency and built a full inbound system. Leads 150→500/month. Trial signups 20→60/week. Site conversion 1%→3%. Five years of proof that better ads can't beat better architecture.

  3. Tessan 2025–2026

A pharmacy-directory intelligence pipeline I built across an afternoon. The client's words: “you did, in one afternoon, what usually takes us three months to do.” I don't know Python. I knew what needed to happen.

  4. Side experiments Ongoing

A pile of vibe-coded apps — most useful only to me. One, a LinkedIn carousel generator, reached 50 beta signups and 15 who said they were in. Turning them into actual users is where it fell apart. The gap between “I want this” and “I use this” is the whole game. I keep building to remember that.

[ PERSPECTIVE ]

Most AI advice is sold by people who never had to ship anything.

The prompt is 5% of the work. The other 95% is the system around it.

AI doesn't make you smarter. It gives you hands. That's enough.

[ TALK ]

A 20-minute conversation.

If you're stuck on an AI or automation project and don't know where to start. Or if you want to swap notes on building with AI as a solo operator. Or if you read something here and want to push back.

Not a sales call. 3 slots a week. First-come first-served.
